Gorgeous homes in Valencia start in the $160,000s to the $ 250,000s and lots are available from $35,000. Executive homes in the Coves are priced from the $250,000s and its lot pricing starts at $55,000. Santa Cruz lots start at $55,000

 

La Sienna is approximately 726 acres of land. The ultimate goal is 1500 homes, in a dozen unique communities, with 40 acres of green community recreation areas connecting them.
